How is the publication data collected?+
The UCVM example uses OpenAlex publication records matched to the faculty roster. Your setup includes author matching and a review of the unit’s roster. Indexed coverage, author identity, and publication metadata can have gaps, so the dashboard is a discovery aid rather than a certified complete institutional record.
Can I see it before deciding?+
Absolutely. Explore the public UCVM dashboard or book an online tour with Jeroen to discuss how a version would work for your unit. There is no obligation to purchase.
Is this a commercial analytics replacement?+
It is particularly useful for everyday research discovery, collaboration, and recognizing colleagues’ work. It can complement institutional reporting systems. It does not replace compliance reporting or careful, context-aware research assessment.
What happens after three years?+
The quoted fee guarantees three years of service. Any continuation and its price will be discussed separately; the website does not enroll you in automatic renewal.
How do payment and setup work?+
Choose the plan that fits your researcher roster, or book a tour first. Payments are handled by PayPal; your payment details are not collected by this website. Setup is arranged directly with Jeroen, and payment alone does not create a dashboard automatically.
